Level control of liquids and multi phase mixtures

Level control (level switch) measurement in the classical form is feasible as high or low level control with Rayleighwaves at containers with arbitrary geometry with liquid or pasty material. Also abrassive multi phase mixtures, as suspensions, liquid crystal mixtures can with these level control givers are supervised. A special case of the level control measurement is the full empty monitoring (also well-known as wet/drying message) of pipings.

Sample applications for level control

Full/empty monitoring of pipings with the transport of solids in liquids with ultrasonic limit value transmitters by the wall. Conductive liquid films, which disturb other measuring procedures sensitively, do not affect the measurement.

Level control of air chambers or shock absorber (pressure absorber). Where gas bubble-loaded liquids are to be supervised, the level control with Rayleighwaves is the best alternative.
